ICE Policy for Robotic regular classes
Ice robotics is committed to providing a safe and productive learning environment for our students. In order to ensure a positive experience for everyone, we have established the following policies:
All students must register and pay for their classes in advance. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment can be made online through our website or in person at our office. Once payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent to the student.
Regular attendance is expected of all students. If a student is unable to attend a class, they must notify the instructor at least 24 hours in advance. Makeup classes may be offered at the discretion of the instructor.
All students are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner towards their instructors and fellow students. Any behavior that disrupts the learning environment or puts others in danger will not be tolerated and may result in the student being asked to leave the program.
Safety is our top priority. Students must follow all safety rules and guidelines established by the instructor. Any equipment or materials provided by the program must be used in a safe and responsible manner.
Refunds will be issued only if a class is cancelled by the program. If a student wishes to cancel their registration, they must do so at least 72 hours prior to the start of the class to receive a full refund.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a positive and productive learning environment. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
